They sent us reminders about checking in for our flights, a checklist of things to bring, helpful tips for our first time traveling there and a little gift to use while on vacation. She was always available to help us! When our flights were delayed everyone in the terminal was on their phones trying to figure out connecting flights and she did ALL of that work for us!!"
